Welcome to Rerco (“Rerco,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a visual scrolling display application designed to help users create moving image and text presentations for communication, expression, and display purposes. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Rerco application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Rerco, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Rerco is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who do not satisfy these requirements.
Rerco provides tools for creating scrolling visual displays using uploaded images and custom text content. Through the Service, users may:
• Upload images and adjust scrolling speed for animated playback within the app
• Enter custom text that can be displayed as moving scrolling content
• Save and review previously generated scrolling display history
The Service is intended for personal creative expression, visual presentation, and display-oriented communication.
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, entered, or generated through the Service. By using Rerco, you agree to:
• Upload only content you have the legal right to use
• Ensure your content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Service responsibly and respectfully
You agree not to:
• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing material
• Use the Service to harass, mislead, or harm others
• Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or stability of the Service
All uploaded images, entered text, and generated scrolling displays remain your property.
By using Rerco, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and display your content solely for:
• Generating scrolling image and text playback
• Saving display history within the app
• Supporting normal Service functionality and storage operations
We do not claim ownership over your content.
5. History Records and Storage
Rerco may store generated display records and related settings to support history review and playback functionality. Users remain responsible for independently managing and backing up important content if necessary.
All rights related to Rerco’s interface, playback systems, visual effects, design elements, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service
• Modify or create derivative works from the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• Continuous availability of all features or saved history
• Compatibility with all devices or media formats
• That generated playback effects will meet every user expectation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rerco shall not be liable for:
• Loss of uploaded content or playback history
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues resulting from use, display, or sharing of generated content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
You may stop using Rerco at any time.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
